Terms & Conditions
- Orders placed at weekends Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the Monday and will be despatched for delivery on Tuesday.
- There will be no deliveries made on Sundays (except for Mothering Sunday) and bank holidays only.
- At this current time we are only able to deliver funeral flowers to postal codes in the Kent area.
- When making a delivery for a funeral delivery will normally be made 1-2 hours before the funeral.
- For next day delivery you must place your order before 2pm. To ensure next working day delivery.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
- Before we can deliver goods we must receive payment in full.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm the receipt of order and delivery by email to the email address you supplied when placing the order.
- Prices include 15% VAT.
- All major credit and debit card are accepted as payment.

- Normal next day deliveries will be made between 9-5pm to all business premises and hospitals there working business opening hours will be taken into consideration. We will aim to delivery by 4pm were possible.
- When a third party is involved a signature of an authorised person will be accepted as proof of delivery. Third party covers hospitals/Schools/Hotels and Businesses.
- When delivering to the recipient if no one is there to receive the goods we will attempt to deliver a second time failing that the goods will be left with a neighbour and a card will be put thought the recipients door instructing them were to collect from.
- Alternative materials will be substituted if there is no stock to the same value or higher and to the same quality.
- Please ensure that the delivery address details have been provided correctly using the full postal code and where possible a contact telephone number for the recipient.
- When placing an order to be delivered to a third party ie hospitals please check that the details are correct department/ward number name of recipient. Please check that the hospital will accept deliveries of flowers.
Returns Policy
- If goods have been delivered damaged or incorrect we will resend the correct goods free of charge replacement goods will be sent too the same value.
- Orders that have already been despatched for delivery cannot be cancelled.
- Cancellation of an order most be made 24hrs before the delivery date.
- We will refund your money within 30 days of cancellation of an order.
